Released as part of Kenner's 1985 Super Powers Collection, Green Arrow featured the Emerald Archer in his classic green costume complete with cap, quiver, and longbow. Activating his Bow Shot action feature caused the bow to swing upward as though firing an arrow at his target. As one of the line's few figures built around a unique action mechanism rather than punching, Green Arrow stands out as one of the most creative and distinctive releases in the Super Powers Collection.
