Released as part of Kenner's 1985 Super Powers Collection, Dr. Fate introduced DC's legendary Lord of Order to the line in his brilliant blue-and-gold costume complete with a flowing cloth cape and the iconic Helmet of Fate. His Mystic Spell Cast action feature, activated by squeezing his legs together, raised both arms as though channeling magical energy. Dr. Fate was produced for a relatively short period compared to many Wave 1 characters, making complete examples especially popular with collectors.
