On Superman

Kenner released Superman on each of the three different 1st series card styles. One of the three, shown above, is the 12-back card containing the "Free Poster Offer". While the card front contains a text offer banner in the lower right corner, the card back contains all offer details. Submission of two proof-of-purchases along with name and address by the December 31, 1984 expiration date entitled young Super Powers fans to a 16" x 24" full color poster featuring all twelve 1st series characters. The poster shipped folded in a brown manilla envelope.
